Billing Notice: As an unregistered business activity in Poland, we cannot issue formal invoices. All payments are processed through Stripe.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTUTIVAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
